Hi seventh heaven hotel starts at a rate of 350Rmb n smack in the centre of Shanghai at Nanjing pedestrian street, n about 15 mins walk to the bund with streetlinedshops selling all sorts of things...nice to walk along this stretch to the bund.,always enjoy it.!!!Other hotels at this location im afraid yr budget is a little low.
