low season

When is a good time to go to beijing? i mean low season, when the weather is comfortable and is not expensive. if i can find flight and hotel deals it would be superb!

If the weather is comfortable, it won%26#39;t be low season. ';Not expensive'; is a relative concept.

I would pick perhaps late October.

as i know that low sesaon for China toursim is November to Janauary

in this time , the weather is cold while the hotel, airplane , attraction fees can get more discount

in attraction, not so many toursits

So I am now thining of some dates to go to China, is 1st week of october too cold?

can you advise on relative temperature at that time of the year?

There is a national holiday during the first week of October. (Do a ';Beijing in October'; search on this Forum for more details.)

As for being ';too cold'; in October, there are many weather websites that can give you an idea of the weather in Beijing.

The first week of October is best avoided, but the rest of the month is good.

I actually like November. While it can get cold, often the days are sunny and not too cold, and the lack of tourists is a blessing.

Fortunately, peak season in Beijing is summer, which is actually hot, humid and in my view, the worst time to visit.

but the last week of October may be a litle cold.

The last three weeks of May are all good choices in my opinion.
