Visiting Beijing Markets

Visiting Beijing in May

Does anybody know what are the best days to visite several markets and are they open every day?

Panjiayuan market?

Huasheng Tia Qiao market?

Guanyuan market?

Are there other interesting markets, where the locals do their shopping?

Like to experience also some non-touristic but safe areas!!

Visiting Beijing Markets

Panjiayuan market only open during weekends,but the shops around they open everyday

Guanyuan market is better to go in the morning,they sell cats,turtoses,grasshoppers etc,it is fun

Not far from Guanyuan is WanTong,this is a famous local marekt,sell everything..need bargainning

Tianyi is a huge wholesale market,sell little things

Xi%26#39;an is for local do morden shopping

Near Beijing zoo have few markets sell cloth for local

These area all safe

Is Guanyuan market opened daily?
