Serviced apartment for 5 days ..can anyone help?

We are a group of 5 famlies travelling up from NZ to Hong Kong on our way to Taiyuan. The children ae competing at the BMX World Champs. We are looking for 5 x serviced (2 and 3 bedroom) apartments to rent for 4 or 5 days, where the children can rest, and we hopefully can cook for them. They will also like to be by a park or somewhere where they can ride their bikes. Can anyone please suggest somewhere suitable we could try? Many thanks in advance..

you can specially try hongkong.asiaxpat.com/property/shortlets/ as they are short term sublets....some are not necessarily in the center of town as hotels but there are transport options you could take to take you to wherever you want to go.

Many posts in the past have asked about service apartments in HK. I will repeat it.. it%26#39;s NOT common practice to have service apartments for TOURISTS in such a short term stay.

There are service apartments that are like hotels.... but with kitchenettes.

For examples, Ashley apartments, Lanson Place ( these two are what I call nicer ones)

Royal Plaza actually have an option you might want to consider.

But it%26#39;s at least 7 days, but since you are looking at 5 rooms... the number of nights and rooms calculated will qualify for long stay package. Contact them to negotiate for a good deal.

Try guesthouses. Their is a really clean and family orientated guest house in the causeway bay area. I don%26#39;t think they allow cooking but they do have a mircowave for the guests to use. The number is (852) 2838-0762 look for the owner Tommy. His English is passable to get you accomodated.

I think you can try this service apartment as they can even stay for 1 day or few days, brand new, less than 1 year old, but I dont know if they accept bike or not.
