So, I%26#39;ve found out that airplane tickets cannot be cheaper than 1100USD. where can I find a better deal? so I guess my budget is reduced to 1000 - 1500 UDS Maximum for the hotel/travel (airfare inside china)/food/suveneirs, etc... will that be enough? Is September a good time to go?

hey! thanks for the offer, but i will be doing some traveling, so probably will just stay in a cheap hotel for 2 days in beijing, 2 days in Shanghai or something like that... but thanks for the offer though... :)
