Hi, I am booking a honeymoon in June touring china then going to singapore and hong kong for 3 nights each. we are stopping in beijing for 3 nights, then Xianyang for 2 nights, then on a Yangze cruise for 3 nights, onto shanghai for 3 nights than to Guilin for two nights. we are hoping to stay in 4-5 star hotels.... Is this necessary ???? we are wanting luxury but dont want to have to dress in shirts and ties!!!. Are we being too adventurous with flying to all these places or is it seen to be what a lot of people do??? any opinions gratefully appreciated. Roz
Are we being too adventurous????Xianyang? You mean Xi%26#39;an, don%26#39;t you?
I would heartily recommend that you skip the 3 Gorges cruise, found it a royal waste of my money and time.
I%26#39;m not sure if you%26#39;d find enough to occupy you in Singapore for 3 nights...! Unless you%26#39;re rich and really want to shop!
Are we being too adventurous????Remember that each time you change city, you essentially loose that day other than dinner. Maybe you want to cut back a little and spend more time in each place.
Dn%26#39;t do the cruise

Can I ask what your specific reason for advising against the cruise is (I assume you mean the Yangtze cruise).
Thanks
