Flown NWA from SFO to HKG lately?

While looking for flights from SFO to HKG, NWA seemed to have the lowest fare with a stopover in Tokyo. Around $700.00 (economy).

Has anyone flown this itinerary from NWA? Good experience?

you shouldn%26#39;t really expect good experience on US-based airlines, compared to Asian-based ones. They are cheaper for a reason.

Seats may be bigger tho??? Have flown NWA on one leg internal US. NOT impressed. May be better internationally. Plane was dirty, crew obviously tired.

As far as I can tell the premium carriers for the SFO-HKG route are SQ(singapore) and CX(cathay pacific).

Both are very good, but a little cramped in economy for average to tall people, and business class is priced out of reach, at least for me.
